Seacliff completed a rezoning and OCP amendment for the property, undertook an extensive earthworks program, constructed key infrastructure, and subdivided 10 separate parcels that have been sold to various groups including multi-family developers, industrial builders and the school district to create a vibrant mixed-use hub.
